Community Health Evangelism concentrates efforts on long-term solutions that break the cycle of poverty and establish a healthy environment for people to live in. Our team trains, equips, and empowers communities to do for themselves. Our Spiritual community transformation for disciple-making merges CHE with the effective practices of Disciple-Making and Local Church Planting strategies. Ownership and initiative are demonstrated through volunteerism and strengthened through capacity building. JACOB'S WELL MISSIONS team takes time in communities to participate with the people in assessing their needs, identifying resources, and assisting them in organizing for action through training and consultation. We believe people must be active participants in their own development for Community Transformation.
